About this product
The AmScope IN300TC-FL microscope features a trinocular head with a Siedentopf binocular mount, providing interchangeable pairs of 10x and 25x high-eyepoint super-widefield eyepieces. It offers a 50 to 75mm interpupillary adjustment and a fixed 45-degree vertical inclination. A vertical port is present for C-Mount or 23mm camera attachment. An under-mounted quadruple nosepiece holds 4x, 10x (phase-contrast), 20x (phase-contrast), and 40x DIN long working-distance plan objectives, designed for improved focus across the viewing field.
Illumination on the AmScope IN300TC-FL includes an under-mounted 100W HBO ultra-high voltage spherical mercury lamp for epifluorescence, complemented by upper-mounted rheostat-controlled 30W halogen illumination. A movable 0.3 NA Abbe condenser offers clear examination and light control. The oversize double-layer mechanical stage features 1.0mm stage divisions and 0.1mm vernier resolution, securing slides and enabling precise manipulation along the X- and Y-axis with coaxial coarse and fine focus.
