The AmScope T390B-PCS microscope features a sliding trinocular viewing head, paired with 10x and 20x widefield achromatic eyepieces. Its forward-facing nosepiece includes 4x, 10x, 40xS, and 100xS DIN achromatic objectives for color-corrected magnified images, alongside PH10x, PH40x, and PH100x phase-contrast plan objectives for simple phase-contrast viewing.

This microscope incorporates both brightfield and phase-contrast halogen illumination. It includes a 1.25 NA Abbe condenser with an iris diaphragm and rack-and-pinion focus control, facilitating precise focus and clear examination. A double-layer mechanical stage with 1.0mm divisions allows for secure slide locking and accurate manipulation along the X- and Y-axis.
